Located near the beautiful Lake Champlain in the Old North End neighborhood of Burlington, VT, we are proud to be a solar-powered office environment. 

Our facilities combine comfortable and productive work-spaces with innovative energy solutions, stimulating common areas, and colorful architecture.

In addition to being walkable from downtown Church Street, 12-22 North is a short (but steep) walk from Burlington’s waterfront park via Depot Street, and is approximately a 20-minute ride from Burlington International Airport.

Parking is first-come, first-serve in the alleyway next to the building, and there is generally ample street parking on Drew and Blodgett Streets (we’re far enough from the downtown core that street parking is unmetered).  Click here for more info on getting to 12-22 North sustainably.
