Hourly and Daily Rentals

In addition to hosting a community of permanent tenants, 12-22 North always has a few spaces available to the public for hourly rentals, and private offices that are between permanent tenants are rentable by the day. To reserve space, follow the below instructions.
- Set up a 12-22 North account on the Proximity platform that we use to manage reservations and door access via this link.
- When your account is set up, you can view the calendar that shows the availability of spaces and make your reservation here.
- Before coming to the space, download the “Proximity Spaces” app from the Android or iPhone App store, and log in to it with the credentials you created in step one. The app will allow you to unlock the front door to access the space at the time of your registration, and also contains the wifi info.

The Fishbowl
Bright and private, the Fishbowl is the perfect for a private work day or small meetings of up to three people with a 42″ monitor you can use. The minimum rental time for this space for non-permanent tenants is four hours.
Conference Room
The 12-22North Flex Conference room has has been used for everything from board meetings to dance parties to the monthly Old North End Repair Cafe. In addition to the main tables there is a stack of extra chairs, so it can fit meetings of up to 15-20+, and includes use of a large white board and monitor.
